One of if not the most overlooked consideration when building a race car is the wiring system required. We feel this is an integral part of the race car. It is important not to underestimate the cost of the wiring. We use only the best components available when building a race car wiring harness. Components which are commonly used in the Aerospace, Military and even the highest levels of motorsport such as Formula One. We believe there is little compromise when considering components for a wiring harness. Weight is also a consideration.
Whilst tuning the engine and associated systems on the Dynamometer is important it does not mean that track validation and refinement on the track is not warranted. System health should always be monitored to ensure reliability and avoid potential component failures. We believe Data Acquisition Systems are a mandatory part of any race car but such systems are useless without an operator who can read the data. We offer track support services and on request will even train team members on the basics of data acquisition in order to allow constant monitoring of their race car.
Such systems as Traction Control, Launch Control, Gear Shift Control Strategies can be difficult if not impossible to calibrate on a Dynamometer. For such systems we recommend our Track Support Services in order to constantly update and improve performance in an on track environment.

As important as the machine is the room itself. We went to great lengths in order to build an environment fit for tuning a high performance engine inside a room. Massive air flow is important to ensuring the air quality is not contaminated which will lead to inaccuracies in the engine calibration. From our testing we found many underestimated the amount of air required to keep a dyno cell air quality consistent and not contaminated by the exhaust fumes and other fumes which emanate from the vehicle during testing. Our exhaust ventilation fan is 1.5 meters in diameter and is rated at almost 50Hp in full speed mode. The result is a constantly clean room and no risk of your engine ingesting its own exhaust.
